Is this photograph immoral?

Is it? I took this picture of a dozing homeless man in Tompkins Square Park. He caught my eye because he was using a huge wooden block as a pillow, and I thought the picture would serve as a reminder that there's people living like this. A friend of mine accussed me of exploiting this man for some self-important agenda. (My friends are like that.)

That's not the case in any way whatsoever of course, but it made me wonder if others might think the same...
